baking a cake, clean apartment, sheep cheese

We got the news the there's going to be a Cergy 2 equipe, so that means that a new companionship is going to be in Cergy.  So that means that they are going to be living in our scrawny apartment with us. So that means we have to clean our scrawny apartment!!!  So that's a big change.

 

Our ami, who has a baptismal date the 29th, came to church. He's a boss. He made so many friends.

Our goal to hit up the part member families is going pretty well. We have a bunch of people to visit. One of the moms told us that when we come we have to bring them a cake. I'm pretty scared to make it because I don't know how to follow directions to make a cake in french.  We'll see how that goes.

 

It's crazy that I've already done one transfer.  It went by so quick! but I'm also sad because I know that SVU is starting up and I really miss my friends.

I discovered my new favorite french food- brebis.   It's sheep cheese.   It taste so much better than chèvre (goat cheese).   After ever meal, French people get out some baggettes and their bucket of cheese and they force you to try soooo many cheeses.   My least favorite is roquefort.   You can see the green felty mold growing on it.   This guy that Elder Webber and I reactivated LOVES it and forces me to eat it.

This week was pretty slow but I'm really looking forward to the next transfer, now that I know what to expect and now that i have some friends in the ward and how to be a missionary.

bradley.. the only thing that being tall is good for is seeing the dust on people's refrigerator

andrew... jak 2 is insanely hard, especially when you have to steal 5 of the police car things.  I never beat that part.

 

dad. yeah I hear that no birds can walk backwards, so if you make a cylinder with one end closed theyll never get out.
